TARIFFS

Rates vary according to time of year, length of stay, number of guests, etc. As a guide our standard weekend rate is $440 two people/two nights. Naturally, the longer the stay the more the nightly rate reduces. Our standard rate does not apply over public holidays, long weekends or at peak times of the year (e.g. Christmas/New Year & Easter).

There is a surcharge of $35 per person/per night for any more than 2 adults occupying a villa – no additional charges for children, under 18. The villas accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Under normal circumstances we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

Bookings can be made over the telephone, via e-mail or in person if you happen to be in the area. An electronic enquiry form is available on the Contact page of this web site.

If we have a vacant villa, we are happy for prospective tenants to inspect the property. The room layout is identical in each villa, and where possible we will give tenants their choice of which villa they would like to stay in.

Once a booking has been made, a letter of confirmation of the booking with relevant details will be forwarded to the guest.

Normal check- in time - 2.00 pm
Normal check-out time - 10.00 am

If convenient to all parties we are happy to allow early check-in of 12.00 noon and late check-out of 1.00 pm. This offer cannot be guaranteed, it is dependant upon occupancy at the time. Tenants must seek confirmation of this arrangement in the 24 hour period prior to arrival.
